About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated, Dutch-speaking intern to support our team in various new and on-going working groups, for a period of at least 6 months. We are looking for someone with a keen interest in impact investing and/or sustainable finance and excellent organization skills. At the NAB, we want our interns to contribute in a meaningful way. We offer the opportunity to have a hands-on experience. We are a small team, and we help each other in what we can, so you will be able to explore and develop different skills.
Task and Responsibilities
Support ongoing projects and working groups
Managing and maintaining relationships with working groups and Dutch our members and stakeholders: (social) enterprises, impact fund managers, financial institutions, institutional investors, family offices, NGOs, networks, universities, policy makers;
Assist in collecting and analysing data and coordinate ongoing working groups;
Support with development and management of projects and working groups.
Supporting daily activities
Assist in organization and taking care of practical arrangements within the NAB and NAB members;
Support the team in meetings, preparing presentations, and writing documents;
Execute administrative tasks such as updating budget and financial administration.
Currently enrolled at a Dutch university (preferably in a field relevant to this position: Finance, Business, or Economics);
Genuinely interested in impact investing, sustainable finance and/or a related topic;
Proactive, autonomous and flexible;
Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written). Non-Dutch-speaking candidates will not be considered. Fluency in English is highly valued;
Excellent writing skills;
Creative and curious;
Able to work in a (intercultural) team;
Enthusiastic to work in multi-stakeholders and multi-cultural environments;
Experienced with Microsoft Office Package.
