Tera Terpstra is a passionate impact entrepreneur who wants to contribute to a Conscious Economy. 

In 2010 she co-founded Wire Group, an holistic Impact Boutique Advisory. Wire Group guides private wealth owners that have a strong vision and intention for deep impact by offering peer to peer learning journeys & building 100% Conscious Wealth Portfolio's. Tera has worked over the years with 50+ families in the Netherlands and the U.S..

In 2009 Wire Group founded the Wire Private Market Fund, a high quality global impact (fund-of)fund that invests in Regeneration. 

Tera became familiar with Impact Investing in 2005 when she was Director at a family-owned foundation which she transformed into an Impact Investing organisation. Ever since she has been, in various roles and responsibilities, an active and early adopter and field builder in the Netherlands and beyond. Tera was founder and director of Toniic Europe in 2006 where she built and supported an active impact investing investors community. Furthermore, she has played a determining role in the transition of various foundations, e.g. by serving on the board of Achmea Foundation and as an advisor to the Anton Jurgens Foundation.

Previous to her impact career Tera held different management and board positions in a family business and the corporate world. Tera holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Tourism from Breda University of Applied Sciences and a Master’s degree in International Management from Maastricht University.
