About the event
The NAB will host the GSG Impact Global Leadership Meeting (GLM) on 16 and 17 September in Amsterdam. Ahead of this gathering, on the 15th of September, we take the opportunity to showcase Dutch leadership regarding the mobilisation of private capital and to highlight the importance of unlocking private financing with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands and Amsterdam Impact.
As societies face growing social, environmental, and economic challenges, private capital has a vital role to play in building resilient and prosperous economies. Impact investing has immense potential to help accelerate the Netherlands transition towards climate neutrality and long-term economic resilience, directing capital towards the energy transition, stronger public systems, economic resilience and lasting prosperity.
The programme is built around a shared ambition: mobilising 10% of assets under management for impact, including a 4% allocation to emerging markets. Through discussions with Dutch and international leaders, we will…
