Community of Practice in Real Estate

We’re thrilled to announce the third and final session of our Community of Practice on real estate, taking place on 9 December 2025.

In the previous two sessions, the NAB explored the key barriers hindering (impact) investments in the Dutch real estate sector. Through additional research and expert interviews, we’ve developed a report that highlights the investability of this sector in the Netherlands.

During this session, we’ll be launching the report, sharing our key findings, and opening the floor to discussions on the untapped potential of real estate to drive positive social and environmental impact.

This series brings together diverse voices to explore how we can build a more inclusive, resilient, and sustainable real estate sector in the Netherlands.
