Join us for our second CoFoF event of this year during ImpactFest, The Hague! Steward ownership is a form of enterprise in which voting rights (power) and economic rights (financial interests) are separated, enabling a company to focus optimally on its mission.

Context

This session, organised as a pre-event before the official opening of ImpactFest, will explore steward ownership as a growing model for aligning governance, capital, and long-term impact. Participants will deepen their understanding of how this ownership structure affects investment decisions, performance, and exit opportunities across different stages of company growth cycle, from start-ups to scale-ups to listed equities.

The audience will consist of active impact investors with advanced knowledge of the field.
