The sustainability reporting standard for social housing (SRS) is a collaboration of 18 banks, housing associations, service providers, and impact investing organizations, launched in Nov 2020 by the ESG Social Housing Working Group.
The reporting framework covers 48 criteria across ESG considerations, around zero-carbon targets, affordability, and safety standards.
