Real estate has enormous potential to drive environmental and social transformation, both within the Netherlands and globally. The persistent housing shortage and traditional carbon intensive practices call for a fundamental change via innovative and sustainable approaches.

The NAB initiated a Community of Practice in Real Estate bringing together key stakeholders with the aim of strengthening collaboration, cooperation and co-creating to solve these persistent challenges.
