Orlando is a results-driven professional with a strong focus on International Social and Environmental Sustainable Development. With over two decades of experience, he currently serves as the Program Manager - Emerging Markets at NAB, contributing his expertise to advance impactful initiatives globally. 

 

He holds two master's degrees, one in International Development Cooperation and another in Social Management, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Dutch. Orlando has previously held positions as a collaborative manager at WijkEnergieWerkt, working towards a fair energy transition, and as a Country Coordinator for Peru at PUM Netherlands Senior Experts. Additionally, Orlando serves as a professor of Environmental Risk Management and Environmental Law at Ducens University.

 

Orlando's mission is to contribute to International Development by accelerating sustainable investments on a global scale. He leverages his skills in cross-cultural collaboration, decision-making, and innovative problem-solving to drive positive change.
